Board Change

Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, "Landkom" or "the Group"), the Ukrainian producer of high value oilseed rape and wheat, announces that Konrad Nowicki has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. He will remain in his current role of Managing Director Ukraine until the conclusion of the 2009 farming operations.

Neil Balfour, Landkom Chairman, commented:

"Going forward, the Board has three executive and three non executive directors, which is more appropriate for our size and is a better balanced Board from a corporate governance perspective.

"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Konrad for his significant contribution to the Group. He played a key role in our rapid land acquisition programme last year, which was vital in the Group's early stages."
