Notice of Preliminary Results

Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI), the Ukrainian producer of high-value oil seed rape and wheat, will be publishing its Preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2008 on Tuesday, 5 May 2009.

Richard Spinks, Chief Executive Officer and Stephen Pickup, Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting the results to analysts at 9.30am on 5 May, at the offices of College Hill Associates, The Registry, Royal Mint Court, London, EC3N 4QN.
