Holdings in the CompanyThe Company was notified on 2 October 2008 that as a result of the acquisition of voting rights on 22 September 2008, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited had increased its interest in Landkom to a total of 9,066,701 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The Company was also notified on 2 October 2008 that as a result of a disposal of voting rights on 24 September 2008, Morgan Stanley Securities Limited no longer held a notifiable interest in Landkom. The Company was also notified that as a result of the acquisition of voting rights on 24 September 2008, UBS Investment Bank had acquired 10,531,600 ordinary shares in Landkom. Following this acquisition, UBS Investment Bank holds 10,531,600 ordinary shares with voting rights, representing approximately 5.3 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The above notification is made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p, all with voting rights. The above figure of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
