Holdings in the CompanyThe Company was notified on 4 August 2008 that as a result of the acquisition of voting rights, on 1 August 2008, Odey Asset Management LLP had increased its interest in Landkom by 1,778,730 ordinary shares. Following this acquisition, Odey Asset Management LLP holds 20,405,116 ordinary shares with voting rights, representing approximately 10.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The above notification is made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p, all with voting rights. The above figure of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
