Director's Dealings
The Company has received notice today that Mr. Richard George Spinks, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has acquired on 25 January 2008, 13,300 ordinary shares at 76p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr. Spinks' beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 11,413,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The above notification was made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 189,208,629 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, all with voting rights.
