Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 19 September 2008 that as a result of the disposal of voting rights on 17 September 2008, Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership, acting on behalf of a number of Lansdowne funds, had reduced its interest in Landkom to 4,245,025 ordinary shares, representing 2.12% of the Company's voting rights.  Lansdowne Partners Limited Partnership consequently no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.

The above notification is made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p, all with voting rights.

The above figure of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
