Director's Dealings

The Company has received notice today that Mr. Richard George Spinks, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 46,000 ordinary shares on 26 September 2008 at £0.36 per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Spinks' interest in the Company's voting rights amounts to 11,469,300 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.73% of the issued share capital of the Company. 

The above notification was made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 200,008,935 ordinary shares of £0.001 each, all with voting rights.
