The Company was notified on 5 February 2009 by Hunter Hall Investment Management Limited that on 3 February 2009, Hunter Hall Value Growth Trust, Hunter Hall Global Ethical Trust, Hunter Hall International Ethical Fund and Hunter Hall Global Value Limited had acquired 9,400,000 ordinary shares in Landkom at an average price of 11.5p. Following this acquisition, the companies and trusts detailed above hold 19,318,460 ordinary shares with voting rights, representing approximately 9.7 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. The above notification is made on the basis of the Company's current issued capital, which consists of 200,008,935 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p, all with voting rights.
