Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Company') announces that John Mapplebeck, one of the Company’s recently appointed non-executive directors, informed the Company yesterday that he purchased a total 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.11% of the Company’s issued share capital), yesterday at the following prices per share:
200,000 at 5.135p 200,000 at 5.14p 100,000 at 5.25p
Following this purchase, Mr Mapplebeck is interested in 506,101 ordinary shares in Landkom (representing 0.12% of the Company’s issued share capital).
