Landkom International PLC (AIM: LKI, 'Landkom' or 'the Company') announces that Tom Morrison, one of the Company’s recently appointed non-executive directors, informed the Company yesterday that he purchased a total 172,500 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 0.04% of the Company’s issued share capital), yesterday at 5.645p per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Morrison is interested in 172,500 ordinary shares in Landkom (representing 0.04% of the Company’s issued share capital).
