The company's shares are not traded on any other exchange or trading platform. Landkom International Plc (Company Number 000737V) was incorporated in the Isle of Man on 10 April 2007 where it is domiciled.

It should be noted that as the Company is incorporated in the Isle of Man, the rights of shareholders may be different from the rights of shareholders in a United Kingdom incorporated company. Landkom International Plc is an AIM listed company (AIM: LKI) whose principal activities are the acquisition of land leases in Ukraine for the growing and distribution of arable crops for the biofuel and food markets.  Landkom International Plc's main country of operation is Ukraine.

There are no restrictions on the transferability of the Company's AIM securities.
