Objectives and Strategy

Landkom intends to become the transparent vehicle of choice for investment in emerging market agriculture production. 

Along this road, Landkom intends to become one of Europe’s leading feedstock suppliers to the biofuels industry through rape seed production and a significant producer of cereal crops for the food industry.  These objectives will be achieved through environmentally sustainable farming methods and will make a considerable contribution to the areas in which the Group operates.

In order to achieve these objectives, Landkom has implemented a number of defined strategies.

• Maintain strong relationships with land owners and local government
• Continue to reduce costs to best in class
• Maximise the land cultivated proportion of the land bank
• Develop and incentivise staff through modern remuneration schemes and regular training
• Develop own storage capability to enable more control of sales process

These strategies and others will be regularly reported upon through consistent Key Performance Indicators.
